Microsoft has just released this exam. To pass this AZ 400 exam, one should have experience working with people, processes, and technologies to provide business value continuously. 

In addition, this Microsoft course requires knowledge of Azure administration and development and expertise in at least one of both domains. That means you must pass two exams to become an Azure DevOps expert: AZ 400 + AZ 103/ AZ 104.
